When I founded Hamdan Overseas in 2011, I saw a Bangladesh rich with talent but constrained by a lack of ethical pathways to global employment. Fifteen years later, I am deeply proud that we have become a trusted bridge connecting thousands of our countrymen to dignified work across twelve nations. The manpower export sector is the backbone of Bangladesh's economy, yet it has long struggled with practices that undermine worker welfare. From day one, we chose a different path — one built on transparency, regulatory compliance, and genuine care for every individual who walks through our doors.
